Use what helps

Small pages. Useful work.

Nineteen quick resources. Copy a prompt into your notes or print the page.

1. Coffee-corner map

Draw three zones: brew, pour, clean. Put the machine beside the cups; keep milk and cream refrigerated until use. Leave a clear landing spot for a hot cup.

2. Pods without the pile

Record machine model, compatible capsule family, favorites and reorder point. Keep the capsule package information until compatibility is confirmed; do not choose by color alone.

3. What I already own

List machine, cups, spoon, milk, beans and one tray. Build the first coffee scene with these. Make a separate wish list so inspiration does not silently become a shopping task.

4. Coffee tasting card

Cup name: __. Coffee: __. Milk: __. Sweetness: __. What worked: __. What I would change once: __. Photograph the version you actually made.

5. A pour-film shot list

Film the empty takeaway cup, ice, dark coffee, slow cream swirl, then the finished cup. Use one steady camera position and a clean background. Save the original clips before editing.

6. A recipe testing sheet

Version and date: __. Ingredients and measured amounts: __. Method: __. Yield: __. Taste notes: __. Changes: __. Mark untested recipes as drafts.

7. A one-corner reset

Pick one surface. Gather unrelated items in one basket, wipe, then return only the useful and loved objects. Give the basket a destination before starting another corner.

8. A donation decision page

Item: __. Keep / repair / donate / undecided. Decision owner: __. Destination: __. Never discard someone else’s belongings on their behalf without agreement.

9. A paper next-step list

Document: __. Next action: __. Due date: __. Where original is saved: __. Keep the action list short; the document itself stays in its original location.

10. A service comparison page

Need: __. Provider: __. Scope: __. Quote: __. Availability: __. Questions: __. Who approves: __. Keep an introduction separate from an endorsement or booking.

11. A coordination handoff

Task, owner, deadline, contact method and one next step. End with what is confirmed and what still needs a reply. Do not call a request a booking.

12. A quiet evening menu

Choose one: a lamp, a warm drink, a familiar song, an open window view, or doing nothing. Audio is optional. There is no required order and nothing to complete.

13. A sound preference card

I prefer: silence / rain / soft tones. Volume: __. Sudden sounds to avoid: __. Auto-play: off. A visible stop button matters more than a long list of sounds.

14. An original-words notebook

Date each original line. Keep quotations in a separate column with author and source. Mark uncertain attribution before it reaches a book or a public post.

15. A one-offer worksheet

Buyer, problem, deliverable, scope, hours, expenses, price, revision limit and finish date. Keep one offer per page so the customer knows exactly what yes means.

16. A client intake card

What would help? What is already tried? What result matters? What is the budget and timing? Is written communication preferred? Ask only for information needed for the task.

17. A content preservation log

Original filename, source, creation date, revision, location, approved status and intended site. A draft gets a new name; approval never happens merely because a newer file exists.

18. A product-link register

Product label, exact destination, original affiliate URL, disclosure, last verification date and the page where it appears. Do not replace a tracked URL with an untracked guess.

19. A small-offer review

After three real conversations, record questions, objections, time spent and interest. Keep, revise or pause the offer. Revenue claims need actual sales evidence.
